When submitting your guest list request you will notice that we request certain pieces of information.  Your name, e-mail address and cell phone number are collected at this point.  The same pieces of information are also collected when you subscribe to our weekly newsletter.  This is the extent of the data we collect from our users, unless you purchase an item that we need to mail to you.

Use of collected data:

The data we collected is used to provide you with marketing materials including but not limited to, our weekly newsletter, occasional e-mail & text notification for events in the city.  We take pride in our controlled marketing philosophy, as our goal is to provide you with relevant events that you would actually be interested in and to not create a "spam" effect.

Data sharing:

We do not share any personal user data that we collect.

If you do not wish to receive marketing material from us you have the option to unsubscribe or Opt Out

RsvpEmeraldCoast.com gives our users the following option to remove themselves and their information from our system

1. Send email to info@rsvpemeraldcoast.com in the subject please say "remove me from list"
2. At the bottom of any email that we send you in an "unsubscribe link."

In regards to our photography:  The pictures are available for your view and download.  However, you may under no circumstances remove or modify our watermarks, there are no exceptions to this policy.

RsvpEmeraldCoast.com is committed to our creative integrity and principals and we will pursue legal action against you if you steal our content or modify our photography (ie remove our watermark).
